Obituary of Antonio Perez Contreras

Antonio Perez “Moe” Contreras died peacefully at his home on Thursday, December 22, 2005, at the age of 61 years. Moe was born September 4, 1944 in Houston, Texas to Danny and Theodora Perez Contreras. He proudly served his country as Sergeant in the U. S. Air Force. Moe is preceded in death by his father, Danny and a brother, Juan. He is survived by a loving family; his wife of 32 years, Teresa; his mother, Theodora; aunt, Julia Aguilar; three brothers, Manuel, Roy and David Contreras; four sisters, Sarah Cerda, Irene Seaman, Eliza DeLeon and Helen Bocanegra; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. Visitation will be held Monday, December 26, 2005, from 6:00 – 9:00 PM, at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, where a vigil will be held at 7:00 PM. The Celebration of the Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2005, at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, with Rev. Paul R. Chovanec, pastor of St. Christopher Catholic Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery, in Webster, Texas. Special thanks are extended to the Hernandez Family; Michelle, Simon, Samantha and Alexis, who helped care for Tony during his long illness.
