June Marie DeBruler passed away Sunday, January 8, 2006 at her home in Country Place of Pearland, surrounded by her loving family. June was born September 23, 1928 in Alton, Illinois to Kelly R. and Henrietta Turner. She worked with Texas Instruments for several years and she was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church of Sugarland.
June is preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Tickner. She is survived by a loving family; her husband of 46 years, Douglas Abram DeBruler; her son, Michael Ray DeBruler and his wife, Ranaye; her daughter, Denise Lynne DeBruler and her life partner, Peggy Davis; four grandchildren, Bradley W. DeBruler, Nicole R. Woodward, Marshall R. DeBruler and Gene M. DeBruler; sister, Charlene Turner; brother, Don Turner; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. A celebration of June’s life will be held at 12:30 PM Wednesday, January 11, 2006, at Christ United Methodist Church, 3300 Austin Parkway in Sugarland, with Rev. Jeff McDonald officiating. A private committal and interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery.
