My only regret is that I did not get to attend the funeral of Bill Morgan. I considered him not only my attorney and financial adviser but a great friend and personal adviser. He helped me so much after my husband died. I owe him so much. Thank you Bill for your friendship. God bless your family.

Bill Morgan, Jr. was very helpful to the Shalek family for more than 20 years. He and my father, Robert Shalek, met in law school many years ago. My father was very impressed with Bill and Bill had been helping our family ever since then. He was always so kind to us in providing tax and legal information. He was such a delightful man to deal with. We offer our condolences to the Morgan family. Bill will be missed by many.

To Bill's Family,
Bill was one of the first friends that I made when I returned to Houston from College. I met Bill at my employment with a company called General Crude. At that time, Bill had his CPA license and was working in the Tax Department with Maynard Hagler and had started his legal education. Bill encouraged me to go to law school -- something I had been toying with -- and, ultimately did. He was one of the most genuine and funny individuals I have ever met. He never had an unkind word for anyone. As recently as September 1st, Bill had reached out to me to see if I could assist a long-time friend of Terry's. Bill was always thinking of others. I only wish I could have been a better friend. If there is anything that I can do for any of you, please let me know.
