Sandy Fredell Alldredge, 64, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016. She is preceded in death by her mother, Joann Fredell. Sandy is survived by her father, Donald Fredell; her loving husband of 46 years, Ray Alldredge; son, Troy Alldredge and wife, Heidi; daughters, Michelle Alldredge Lynch and husband, Jeff; Kimberly Alldredge Robb and husband, Warren; brothers, Mike and Danny Fredell; grandchildren, Lauren and Jake Jecker, Austin, Tyler and Jordyn Robb; and a host of other family and friends.
Sandy traveled the world with her family, her father being in the military and later working for The American Red Cross. Moving so often, she learned how to make friends quickly. Sandy and Ray met in England as teenagers and dated for 3 years before getting married in Houston at the age of 19. Sandy was an avid reader and a great cook, who loved spending time with her grandchildren. Sandy took great joy in being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was affectionately known as “Mimi” to her grandchildren and she cherished every opportunity she had to be with them. Sandy retired after 20 years of being an insurance adjuster. She was well respected in the insurance world. Sandy will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
