Obituary of E. Lorraine Rynhart

(Elvina) Lorraine Rynhart, 55, passed away May 4th 2016. She was preceded in death by her father, Hugh G. Burns of Belize City. Lorraine is survived by her mother, Alejandrina Burns, Belize City; Scott Rynhart, (Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania) her loving husband of 32 years and daughter, Leslie Marie Rynhart (United States Marine Corps). Siblings include Francis Dale Burns and wife Amanda, of Tegucigalpa, Honduras; Patricia Nabizadeh and husband, Mehdi of Houston, Texas; Joyce Hale of Rochester, New York; Maxine Woods and husband Gustavo of Honduras; Sandra Castillo of Belize, and a host of other family and friends.
In Lorraine's youth, she traveled to Canada and Panama with the Girl Guides. She graduated from high school and junior college at Saint John’s in Belize City. Lorraine met her husband while she attended West Chester University in Pennsylvania. During her thirty year tenure at the Chesterbrook Academy Schools, she served both as teacher and administrater. During her career she guaranteed that the children were educated, lovingly nurtured and the parents wishes were respectively fulfilled. Lorraine touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew her.
A Visitation and Rosary for Lorraine will be held Sunday, May 8th 2016 from 6-8pm at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, TX 77581. The funeral mass will take place Monday, May 9th 2016 at 1:00pm at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 11011 Hall Road, Houston, TX 77089 with Father Desmond (Desy) Daniels officiating. Internment will take place Tuesday, May 10th 2016 at 10:15am at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
