I have known Cecil since the '70s. He always brought optimism to every project.
It was his joy to resolve challenges and make the project work.
We will miss him very much.
May his family and close friends find peace and consolation that his earthly challenges have ceased, and he joins our Lord in Heavenly Peace.

I am very sad to see that Cecil Brazil has passed on. He was the finest structural engineer I ever worked with in my practice of architecture and a very fine gentleman to boot! I will miss him........

Uncle Cecil was one of the nicest people I've known. He loved to be with family at the holidays and we loved having him! He was well-traveled and had such interesting stories of his trips. He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
