I knew Hilton through our involvement in the Association for Iron and Steel Technology. I am so sorry to hear about this tragic loss of one of the kindest and smartest members of our community. I learned a lot from Hilton, and I will greatly miss the opportunity to learn more from him and his years of wisdom. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this time of mourning.

To my Brother Hilton,
We are only 16 months apart. We were like twins. Mom sewed our clothes so we were dressed to always match. We have so many wonderful memories. We were a team. You always told me I could borrow one of your ANGELS because you had 12. That was always our little joke. How u would just smile and say Sista you can borrow one of my angels! Now my Dear ,Brother you really are My Special Angel! I Will MISS YOU MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW!! I LOVE YOU! I Know u are with MOM, DAD, OUR SISTA DAGMAR, and All OUR Loved ones. I AM VERY BLESSED TO HAVE THE FAMILY GOD CHOSE FOR ME!
You fought this fight with every breath GOD gave you! You were always a fighter for what u believed in. Now you are Our Angel Keep Fighting For Us That We Will Have Peace In Our Hearts Knowing You Are With Our SAVIOUR And We Will Be Together One day.
You were so dedicated to your job and helped people from all around the world and your family would call u and it didn't matter if you were teaching a class or in a meeting you would answer us and say I will call u back and you did. We were that important to you and we knew it. You are the "GENTLEMAN"
I LOVE YOU AND WILL MISS YOU ALWAYS
MY GENTLEMAN ANGEL
YOUR SISTA,

Only the good is taken away from us at search an early age. Hilton was one of the good guys. This has always made me so angry. We do not know why these things happen. We can not ask why these things happen, only he knows. I lost a love one at an early age. To the Family, I did not know his pain, someone did and he call him home. We are left to cherish the memories ,photos and the laughter forever and ever. I am so sorry for you lost. Time will pass ,Hilton will want you to smile again. The memories I will carry with me of Hilton, is when we talk Football: and to hear him say:Who dat? Who dat? who dat say dey gonna beat dem Saints

Hilton,,,, where do I start with you.... I will always remember, no matter what was going on in your life; when asked, how are you? You would always reply “Great” with that crazy little grin of yours.
Thank you Hilton for how special you made each and everyone feel when you were around them. Thank you for being such a faithful man and prayer warrior. You never realized how your warm smile touched so many people and your presence would light up a room and draw people to you.
You not only walked the walk but could and did talk the talk. For that, Hilton Prejean, you will forever be remembered as a man of morals and ethics. Your heart and your faith is what lead you through life and this is why God’s blessed you even before you left us. We will be lonely here without your presence and miss your company; but, you will forever be embedded in so many individuals’ hearts and minds and will so often be thought of. Thank you, my dear friend for leaving us such special memories of you and your life.
You were truly a servant of the Lord and I know he is well pleased of your life and works. We will miss that part of you not being here. Humanly we did not have enough time with you; but, God had other plans for you. His are always much bigger than ours. Thank you for being such a great Earthly Angel and now God has anointed you with your Heavenly Angel’s duties. Guess that will keep you busy for a while. Love you always... until we meet again.

Hilton was not only a great colleague at NOV Tuboscope, but he was a great personal friend. We spent a lot of time together working on various projects including putting together a number of technical presentations for customers
We also enjoyed our time each year at the Texas Oilman's Charity Fishing Tournent. No one can replace him.
Hilton was a very special guy, and I will miss him very much.

Hilton was one I was proud and honored to call my friend. We knew each other for many many years, first as competitors and later as we worked together on multiple projects. He was always respected for his work ethic.
He was happiest when talking about his family, which he truly loved.
May his family and friends take solace in knowing that the world was better for having him here for the time we had.

The sad news of Hilton's passing brought a sombre mood to the people here in Aberdeen who were fortunate enough to have met Hilton and who had interacted with him on a business and social level.
Hilton's family should take strength from the fact that he touched the lives of people from far and wide and that he is warmly remembered by those individuals here in Scotland.

Hilton and I were best friends growing up. We went to middle school and high school together. We had some great times and seemed to stay out of trouble most of the time. His career moved him to Texas and mine to several other states. Even though we didn't always stay in touch our friendship never faded. He was a great friend and will always be remembered. I am sure he is driving his gold Firebird around in Heaven.
