Obituary of Patrick Lynn Zadow
Patrick “Pat” Lynn Zadow, 56, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Zadow. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Franklin Zadow; his loving wife of 21 years, Tina Zadow; sons, Robert Zadow and Jarrett Zadow; daughter, Kaitlin Zadow; sister, Debra Millus and husband, Wayne; 3 brothers-in-law and their wives, 5 nieces and nephews; and a host of many other family and friends.
Pat was born July 8, 1960 in Falls City, Nebraska. He was very passionate about architecture. After taking a drafting class in high school, Pat knew it was his calling. He graduated from Louisiana Tech, earned two Bachelor degrees in Arts and Architecture and later earned his Architecture license. He was dedicated to his firm for whom he worked for over 25 years. Pat was a devoted husband who loved his family very much. According to Pat himself, the happiest day of his life was when he married Tina. He was actively involved in every activity his kids participated in including scouting, band and helped to enable his son to participate in the Special Olympics. Pat enjoyed spending quality time with the family on bike rides, running and vacations to Colorado for skiing. He was compassionate, patient, selfless and yet practical and was affectionately known as “Practical Pat” by his wife. Pat was an amazing man and will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.

A visitation and rosary for Pat will be held Friday, July 7, 2017 at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The visitation will be held from 5:30 until 8:00 pm with the Rosary recited at 5:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will take place Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 6502 County Road 48, Manvel, Texas 77578 with Father Tom Ponzini officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.
