Obituary of Mabel Poinboeuf

Mrs. Mabel B. Poinboeuf, 91, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Poinboeuf was born June 15, 1913 in Gueydan, Louisiana and was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by a loving family; her son, Howard Poinboeuf, of Houston; her granddaughter, Lindsey Poinboeuf, of Houston; one brother, Lawrence Cooper, of West Monroe, Louisiana and a sister, Gladys Mauboules, of Crowley, Louisiana.
The family received friends during visitation on Sunday, March 13, 2005, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM Monday, March 14, 2005, at the Chapel of Clayton Funeral Home of Pearland. Interment followed at SouthPark Cemetery.
