Obituary of Mildred Frederick

Mildred lived most of her life in Davant, LA where she enjoyed rides down the road, puzzles, embroidery, cooking and volunteering at St. Jude school. She was very active at St. Thomas Church where she served for years as a Eucharistic minister. She was displaced by Hurricane Katrina and for a brief time lived in Sedro Woley, WA with her daughter Nancy and then back in New Orleans with her son Tony. Her final years were spent in Houston, Texas with her daughter Maryann and her granddaughter Judith. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents George Duplessis and Christine St. Ann, her husband Edgar Frederick and her grandson Dale Barthelemy. She is survived by her siblings Christine Theberge and Jerome Duplessis, her children Maryann Barthelemy, Albert Kerry Barthelemy(Dana), Dale Barthelemy(Monica), Nancy Anderson(Jack) and Anthony Roque, her grandchildren, Blainey, Judith, Clinton, Barry, Davin, Dean, Damian, Leanna, Chad, Michael, Aubrey, and 31 great grandchildren.
