Obituary of Karen Sofia Lopez

Karen Sofia Lopez, 22, of Pearland, Texas passed away on December 17, 2017. Left to cherish her memory are her parents Ana Moreno and Jose Lopez, grandparents Ana Julia Fuentes and Maria Cornelia, brother John Contreras, sisters Evelyn Lopez Ruiz and Rosalina Lopez, and a host of other family members and friends.

Karen enjoyed listening to music, laughing with her family, and playing video games. She loved exotic cars and animals. Karen always had a beautiful smile on her face that could light up a room. She was kind and would always volunteer, face painting or making animal balloons. She would have fun with her friends while baton twirling and especially loved spending her free time with her sisters Lily and Linda. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Karen will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the service starting at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, December 22, 2017, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581.  Interment will follow at Houston Memorial Gardens in Pearland, Texas.
