Floyd was a man of strong faith that was an excellent provider for his family. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during World War II. Floyd loved the outdoors and enjoyed riding his bicycle well into his 90th birthday. He was an excellent conversationalist and relished in telling stories. Floyd was fond of sweets and made some excellent fudge, pralines and divinity. He enjoyed living in Fort Clark Springs with the big pecan trees and being closer to his two sisters. He would spend the entire day going through the pecan trees picking up pecans from the many specific trees just to get the very best pecans. Floyd will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
