Sherry LeAnn Fowler, 31, of Houston, Texas, passed away on September 15, 2018. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Becky and Marvin Fowler; grandmother, Audrey Pierce; fiance, Nathanael Lee; aunt, Connie Linkenhoker; uncles, James Fowler, Charles Fowler, Chris Pierce; and a host of many other family and dear friends.

Sherry enjoyed games and writing stories and poems. She loved being crafty; drawing, painting, leather craft, wood art, designing and making jewelry and gemstone trees. She liked dressing up for Halloween and always had Christmas spirit. In her free time, Sherry enjoyed reading about and studying science and astrology. She loved traveling to new places, going to Disney World and Renaissance Festival. She was an animal lover, especially dogs and birds. Sherry liked nature and enjoyed swimming. Sherry was smart, funny, and loved people. She was caring and always willing to help the underdog. Although she had a sharp tongue if pushed, she was easy going most of the time. Sherry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.    

A visitation and funeral service for Sherry will take place at Clayton Funeral Home, La Porte, 201 South 3rd Street, La Porte, Texas 77571, on Thursday, September 20, 2018. The visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and continue until service time at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Mark Redd officiating. Interment will follow at La Porte Cemetery.
