After the hurricanes, he lent a helping hand to anyone who was down and out and never asked for anything in return. J.R. was most proud of his family and hispanic heritage. He was a crane operator for 16 years and had a very strong work. During that time, he proudly never had an accident or an injury. In his spare time, J.R. enjoyed riding his motorcycle out on the open road. His family called him the “Early Bird” because he was always the first one up in the house.
