If I could ask him why he went away “Because I said so” Is what he'd say. Why are we left to count down the days until we see that beautiful face “Because I said so!”, He would surely exclaim How does the sun rise every day without the sounds of your rambunctious ways “Because I said so…” he would continue to say Why are we left with so much pain “Because I said so” softly he proclaimed How do we continue our days without being able to kiss your sweet face “Because I said so” He would loudly sing Because I said so answers anything we could think to ask, no matter the day. Because he said so we will cherish those days When we could see & feel him, unlike today. Because he said so we will never be the same, But always have the joy That a little blue eyed boy Brought to everything. Written by: Aunt Jekaduh
