Joe Franklin Capers, 76, of Baytown passed away Friday June 6, 2008. He was born April 16, 1932 in Atmore, Alabama to Mary and Tom Capers. He is survived by wife Doris Capers, son Tony Watts and wife Wendy, grandchildren Tony Watts, Jr. and wife Marsha, Austin Watts, Cody Kokes, Kelsey Kokes, and Amanda Pounds.
A prayer service will be held Tuesday June 10, 2008 at 11 AM at First Assembly of God in La Porte. A graveside service will also be held Tuesday at 2 PM at Forest Park East Cemetery.
