Obituary of J T Taylor

J T Taylor, 81, a resident of Pearland, passed away on November 8, 2007. He was born on January 18, 1926 in Dallas, Texas. J T proudly served his country in the U.S Air Force during World War II. He married Anna Palazzo in 1947. They settled in the Houston area in the early 1940s and have been in Pearland for forty years. He worked as a Magazine Distributor. J T was fond of hunting and fishing. He was very mechanical and could repair just about anything. He was always there for his family to help and provide for everyone. J T was also known by his friends and neighbors as a kind and generous man who was always there to lend a helping hand. J T is preceded in death by his father, John Taylor, and his mother, Willie McClung. He is survived by his wife Anna; sons, David Taylor and his wife Sherri and Gerard Taylor and his wife Kim; daughter Dianne Taylor; sister Virginia Moore; and other numerous relatives and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 2 PM to 5 PM Sunday, November 11, 2007 at Clayton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 12, 2007 at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Clayton Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. Officiating will be D.C. Brown.
