Jennifer Michelle "Eaton" Gibbs
October 26, 1977 - May 15, 2016
Jennifer Eaton Gibbs, 38, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 15, 2016. Jennifer was born October 26, 1977 in Pasadena, Texas to David Lee Eaton and Dale Dauzat Eaton. Jennifer loved her family, singing, and her beloved pets: Toby, Bella, and Austin. Jennifer was an outstanding student and graduated from La Porte High School in 1996 with honors. She worked in sales for Marking Services in Baytown where she enjoyed a very successful career and especially loved and appreciated her work family.
Jennifer is survived by her parents David and Dale Eaton, Sister Jaime Eaton Hickham and husband Gene, niece Katelyn Jolie Hickam and nephew David Edward Hickam; Boyfriend Jason Patterson, Uncle JD and wife Darlene Dauzat, Aunt Tere Dauzat Santiago and Husband Albert, Aunt Linda Dauzat Poston, Uncle Mike and wife Sheena Eaton, Uncle Doug and wife Tammy Eaton, Uncle Ronnie and wife Nan Eaton, Granny Zeldia Jane Eaton, and Uncle Wayne Killough.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Dallas and Enola Dauzat, Pawpaw John Rowden Eaton, Uncle Alton Eaton, Aunt Belinda Eaton Swavely, Uncle Lester Dauzat, Uncle Larry Poston, Aunt Cheryl Killough and Cousin Wayne Killough.
Visitation and funeral held at First Baptist Church La Porte. Visiting with family: Thursday evening, May 19, 2016, from 6PM to 8PM. Funeral: Friday morning, May 20, 2016, at 11 AM, followed by graveside service at Grandview Cemetery on Spencer Highway. Services officiated by Dr. Windell Gill.
