Don Ray Goines, Sr., 66, of La Porte passed away October 12, 2008. He was born March 10, 1942 in Angelina County, TX to Lucille and Buron Goines. He is survived by wife Linda Goines, sons Don R. Goines, Jr. and Tina, Frederick B. Goines and Mona, Roy D. Goines and Rhonda, brother Ricky L. Goines and Sandra, grandchildren Erica Spears, Christina Spears, Bryan Goines, Frederick Goines, Jr. and Tiffany, Angel-Marie Goines, Sarah Goines, Amanda Plata, and Daniel Plata, and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday October 15, 2008 at 10 AM- 1 PM at Paul U. Lee La Porte Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM at La Porte Cemetery.
