Memorial Service Thursday, Jun 14, 2018 11:15 AM Mark Steven Bailey August 19, 1956 - May 31, 2018 Mark Steven Bailey was born August 19, 1956 in Pasadena TX. He passed away on May 31, 2018 in La Porte TX. Mark was preceded in death by his parents Guy and Pearl Bailey and one sister Marcia Herrington. He is survived by sister and brother-n-law Maxine and Foy Whitley, brother and sister-n-law Gary and Wanda Bailey and two sister’s Sharon Thralls and Patricia Williams. Mark was “little brother”. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mark was a friendly and kind- hearted man who enjoyed sports, playing dominoes, and music. He loved to sing and had a good voice, and spend many hours writing songs and the playing the guitar. He was very proud of his service as a helicopter mechanic in the United States Marine Corp. The family will say goodbye to Mark at the Houston National Cemetery on Thursday June 14th at 11:15. Friends are welcome to attend.
