Ruby nell Howard August 16, 1927 - February 24, 2014 Ruby Howard, 85, of La Porte, Texas passed away on February 24th, 2014. She was born in Nocona, Texas on August 16th, 1927 to Hugh and Sarah Lemon. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Sarah. Ruby is survived by her children Donna Rice and husband Victor, Shirley Raeisi, grandchildren Aram Rice, Haley Rice, Andrew Rice, and great grandchild Atticus Massey. Visitation will be Wednesday February 26th, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home. Services will be held at La Porte Community Church on Thursday February 27th, 2014 at 2:00PM.
