I loved Lee Barnett. I only met him a few times when we worked the elections at Shoreacres City Hall but what a wonderful way to spend a Saturday! I could listen to his stories and his wry comments for hours. My favorite story was how he met his wife Pat. He always had a big smile on his face when he told that story. I will miss him.

Lee worked with my dad at Tenneco for many years. He was always joking around with me and giving me a hard time....

Lee was a good man. I enjoyed working for him during election bids for school board many years ago. The last time I ever saw Lee, I was moving from Shoreacres, and he saw a box of record albums I had put on the curb. I just couldn't take them with me, and it was really bothering me to have to part with them.
It seems Lee had a keen interest in the many albums that dated back many years. I was delighted to turn my collection over to him :>)We visited for several minutes and that's the last time I saw him.
I wish his family all the best and send my sincere condolences.
Trish
