Obituary of Beverly Joan Mainor

Funeral Service Friday, Dec 08, 2017 10:00 AM Beverly Joan Mainor January 26, 1930 - December 05, 2017 Beverly Joan Mainor (Memaw) was born on January 26th, 1930 to parents Herbert and Ethyl Melugin on Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She went to her Heavenly home on December 5th, 2017. She lived a very active life of camping, fishing, hunting, gardening and is leaving years of cherished memories for her family and friends. She was a member of Bayshore Baptist Church of La Porte Texas where she had a loving supportive church family. Joan is preceded in death by her husband Charles Mainor, son Bobby Mainor, grandson Michael Peavey and great grandson Braiden Mainor, also sisters Barbara Bryant and Carolyn Gerza. She is survived by her children, daughter Sharon Peavey and husband Mike, daughter Beverly Bowen and husband Billy, son Keith Mainor and wife Michelle, and son Eddie Mainor and wife Rhonda. She had 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She also has two sister’s Saundra Jetton and LaJonda Robison and husband James along with a host of other friends and family. Joan is celebrating in heaven with her Lord and Savior and will be in our hearts forever. Visitation will be Thursday December 7th from 5-7 at Paul U Lee Funeral Home. The Service will be in the Funeral home Chapel at 10:00am on Friday December 8th following with a 1:00 graveside at Earthman Memory Gardens in Baytown with Rev. Ben Rosenberger officiating.
