Hulen Arlen McKey December 02, 1930 - March 23, 2014 Hulen Arlen McKey, 83, of La Porte, Texas passed away on March 23rd, 2014. He was born in Bagwell, Texas on December 2nd, 1930 to Leonard and Lessie McKey. He is preceded in death by his wife of 44 years Joyce Wyatt, and son Thomas Arlen McKey. Hulen is survived by his children Laverne McKey Wilkerson of Seabrook, Tanya McKey Ellenberg & husband Jeff of La Porte, Sean Paul McKey & wife Rebecca of Hockley, Jefferey DeWayne Haley of Indiana, grandchildren Michael Gill, Rodney Long, Amberli Long, Thomas McKey, Dariel McKey,Sean McKey II, Hanna Bardt, Brittany Ellenberg, Zachary Ellenberg, Kelly Essary, Monica Linton, Sasha Haley, great grandchildren Gavin Gill, Jessica Long, Colby Long, Kaylee Long, Kamari Long Garcia, Shaemon Robertson, and Brady Ellenberg. Pallbearers are Jim McKey, Rod Long, Zachary Ellenberg, Jeff Ellenberg, honorary pallbearers are Sean McKey and Tim McKey. He served as a Tailgunner with B-52’s in the U.S. Navy and worked as a 1st Class Machinist for 40 plus years. A graveside service will be at Grand View Memorial Park on March 25th, 2014 11:00AM.
