Jorge Damacio "Choche" Perez February 21, 1953 - September 27, 2015 Jorge Damacio Perez “Choche” 62, of LaPorte, passed away September 27, 2015. He was born on February 21, 1953 in Laredo, Texas to Damacio and Teresa Perez. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth “Carrasco” Perez; daughters Teresa Moran and husband Seth; Margarita Estrada and husband Steven; Ida Aills and husband Shannan; Ashleigh Dawn Perez; and Daisy Mae Perez; son Jorge Damacio Perez, Jr.; Grandchildren Mia Pancamo, Anthony Pancamo, Grayson Moran, John Isaac Estrada, Emery Rayna Estrada, Erik Aills, Ethan Aills, Ellie Aills, Mackenzie Aills and Emma Luna. Sisters San Juana and husband Pedro Lira; Josefina Perez; Teresa Martha Perez; Nelda and husband Pablo Leal; brothers Jose and wife Ana Perez; Jerry and wife Sally Perez. He is preceded in death by his parents Damacio and Teresa Perez; brothers Pablo Perez, Leonardo Perez and Rodolpho Garza. Visitation will be on Thursday October 1, 2015 from 5pm to 8pm at Fairmont Park Church 10401 Belfast Rd, La Porte, TX 77571. Services will be Friday October 2, 2015 at 10am at Fairmont Park Church 10401 Belfast Rd, La Porte, TX 77571 with interment immediately following at Grandview Cemetery.
