Rodney Dail Blackman Jr., 72, passed on to the best fishing spot in the world on September 29, 2017, where he joined his father, Rodney Blackman Sr., and mother Lucy Fay Blackman. He is survived by Robyn Pulleine Blackman, his wife of 46 years, his three children, Elizabeth Jones-Ueding, Catherine Allison and husband Daryl, Rodney Blackman and wife Lori, and his grandchildren, Kelsey Allison, Madison Ueding, Kimberly Allison, and Lila Blackman.
He left behind his sister Sandra Steele, and his nieces and nephews, Ernie Fram, Blythe Steele, Jennifer Steele, and Wayne Steele.
In addition to being an avid fisherman and hunter, Dail was president and owner of Intercoastal Capital Inc., which leases out rail cars owned by the company.
We are happy that he is not held down by his suffering, and is free to do all the things he enjoyed…
