Jane Futral Shipp June 30, 1933 - November 29, 2016 Jane Futral Shipp, 83, of Shoreacres, Texas died on November 29, 2016. She was born June 30, 1933 in Houston, Texas to Frank Futral and Jo Armer. She was retired from LPISD, she was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in La Porte, Texas and she volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul. She is preceded in death by her husband Bill Shipp; Son Doug Shipp; Sister Mary Jo; and Brother Bill Futral. She is survived by her Son Michael Shipp and wife Dannette; and Daughter Kelli Shipp; Grandchildren Michael Bryan Shipp; Kristi Shay Parmet and husband Phil; Justin Ty Shipp and wife Ruth; Kyle Daniel Shipp and wife Emily; Matthew Aaron Shipp and wife Katie; Andrew Williams Shipp; John Douglas Shipp; Margaret Jane Shipp; and one Great Grandchild Elizabeth Shipp. Visitation will be Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 5pm until Rosary Service time at 7pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church in La Porte. Services are Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in La Porte with interment immediately following at La Porte Cemetery.
