David Warren June 07, 1942 - November 22, 2014 David Warren, dearly loved husband, father, and grandfather passed away, Saturday, November 22, 2014, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston, Texas after a brave struggle to remain on this earth with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Mildred Warren and his sisters, Barbara Cramblet and Judie Blackney. He is survived by his wife of forty-four years, Sandra Windham Warren of La Porte, Texas; his son, Don Warren of Seabrook, Texas, daughter Brooke Johnson and her husband, Brendon of League City, Texas, grandsons, Dominik, Donavan, Denton Warren of Alvin, Texas and his granddaughter, Cassidy Johnson of League City. He also leaves his sister-in-law, Shirley Harvell and husband Greg of Sweeny, Texas, nephews Bryan Lacina and family of Bentonville, Arkansas, Brent Harvell and family of Sweeny, Texas, Brandon Harvell and wife, Jennifer, of Houston, Texas, David Click and family of Sulfur Springs, Texas, and nieces Tracey O’Neal and family of the Woodlands, Texas, Jennifer Meyers and family of Longview, Texas , Leslie Alvarez and family of Alamosa, Colorado, Elizabeth Cramblet/Jones and family of Seguin, Texas , and Kelly Dahlem and family of Colorado Springs, Colorado. David was born in Fort Worth Texas but grew up in Jefferson Texas and Commerce Texas where he leaves many lifelong friends. He graduated from East Texas State University, now known as Texas A&M University at Commerce. He received his Masters of Science degree in Transportation from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. He was retired after working for over thirty years as a manager, salesman, and recruiter for major chemical and transportation companies and was enjoying his life on Galveston Bay, visiting with friends and neighbors and taking pride in his children and grandchildren. As a lifelong Methodist, his family rejoices that he now is sharing his stories and quirky sense of humor with those he loves in Heaven. We thank God for his life and his love.
