Gary Dean Wisner November 07, 1966 - April 12, 2013 Gary Dean Wisner November 7, 1966 – April 12, 2013 La Porte, TX – Gary Dean Wisner, 47, of La Porte, TX passed away on April 12, 2013. He was born on November 7, 1966 in Searcy, Arkansas to Ben Wisner and Stella Wisner. Gary graduated from Kensett High School (Kensett, AR) with the class of 1985. Following graduation, he voluntarily joined the Unites States ARMY. He proudly served in the ARMY from May 1985 – November 1990. Upon retiring from the ARMY, Gary earned his Journeyman Electricians License and worked at several major corporations within the Houston area, most recently the Mundy Maintenance and Services Corporation. Gary is survived by his two children: Jesse Ray Dean Wisner, 23 years old, and Nicole Marlene Wisner, 21 years old. Both children live in Longview, WA. His parents: Ben Wisner of Cabot, AR and Stella Wisner of Columbia, SC. His siblings: a sister - Georgia Sherrill of Rogers Arkansas and a brother - Dennis Wisner of Ft. Smith, AR. A Memorial service will be held on Friday April 26, 2013 at noon at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home in La Porte, TX. Gary will be laid to rest in the Houston National Military Cemetery.
