To The Ragin and Rouse Family,
Our hearts are saddened in the passing of Shirley. Shirley's sister Margie is a long time family friend of mines, my sister JoAnn and our Family.. JoAnn has had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Shirley and Willie.Our hope and prayers are that the words of The Almighty Creator will sustain and comfort you during this most difficult time.
