Armando Sale Villanueva, 71, of Pearland, Texas, passed away on November 19, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Soledad Sale and Simplicio Villanueva; brother, Clarito Villanueva; and sister, Vita Dinglasan. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, Ligaya Carandang Villanueva; sons, Don Alan Villanueva and wife, Emily, Arman Villanueva and wife, Susan, Lloyd Villanueva and wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Cattleya Musni and husband, Jaime; sisters, Nora Doria, Aida Ramilo, Luz Jacinto, Lily Matiga; grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie, Shainnah, Dylan, Julia, Joseph, Joaquin, Isabella, Diego; nephew, Conrad “Eco” Capalad; and a host of other family and dear friends.
Armando was a very caring man who always put others before himself. As a wonderful family man and great provider, his family was always his priority. He was a gracious host and took care of everyone. Armando enjoyed going to casinos and would give his winnings to family and friends. He always looked forward to taking trips to the Philippines and visiting with his loved ones. His favorite places to eat were Japanese restaurants and he loved ice cream, sashimi, and steak. Every morning Armando would stop by Dunkin Donuts, have his morning cigarette before he clocked in and was not late for work a single time. In his younger years, he enjoyed drinking and spending time with his friends. Armando will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation for Armando will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581, on Sunday, November 25, 2018, from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. A funeral service will take place at Clayton Funeral Home, on Monday, November 26, 2018, at 10:00 am with Father Rodolfo Cal-Ortiz (Fr. Jojo) officiating.
