Obituary of Angela Carol Dagley
Angela “Angie” Carol Dagley, 48, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, William Rowland, Jr and Diane Folsom Rowland; her loving husband of 20 years, Timothy Dagley; sons, Kyle and Jeremiah Dagley; sister, Becca Withey and husband, Mark; and a host of other family and dear friends.
Angie’s love and devotion to her family was inspirational to all who knew her. She loved watching her son Kyle as he played youth baseball & basketball and football & soccer at LSA and she beamed with pride supporting Jeremiah in his karate endeavors and watching him perform. As a family, they loved watching Astros and Texans games. They were also big Longhorns fans and she traveled with Kyle to many games on the UT campus as well as making a trip to the Sugar Bowl this year.
She enjoyed going on cruises with family and friends and weekends with her Water Wench college friends. She was also an avid reader who loved learning and had a passion for cooking healthy organic food.
Angie was strong in her faith and a loyal member of Crosspoint Church Pearland where she sought to follow God’s will through worship and service. One of her greatest joys was the partnering with Tim in ministry and service.
Angie enjoyed serving the community where she grew up. She went to Clear Lake High school where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1989 while serving as the Flairs Drill Team captain. She was also a Lunar Rendezvous Princess in 1989. She went on to graduate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993, and from Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1997. She was certified in podiatric surgery by the American Board of Surgeons and had been in the podiatric medical practice for 20 years.
In 2010 she opened Clear Lake Foot and Ankle as a way to serve the community she loved. Angie’s heart was always into helping others and every patient was special to her. However, she never failed to recognize the people who helped her make the practice into what it became. The members of her staff were family to her and she loved and appreciated their hard work and dedication.
As a proud member of the Association of Business and Professional Women, Angie took her desire to help others in several different ways. Alongside her work in her clinic, she was an Arbonne District Manager and Independence Consultant. She loved her Arbonne sisters and the friendships that came along with finding products that were safe and healthy for those she cared for.
Her practice also included being a Wellness Way Practitioner. It gave her the opportunity to spread her knowledge and passion for holistic wellness through nutrition. In 2014, she was the first affiliate to join Wellness Way, a company that is now nationwide.
Angie’s strength shown through in every aspect of her life. Those who have been touched by her kindness and compassion will carry on her legacy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, the Dagley family asks that donations in Angie’s name be made to Homes for Hope at http://www.homeswithhope.org/donate/memorial-honor-gifts/ or to Lutheran Southern Academy at LSA Annual Fund.
