Obituary of Phillip Ryan Kirk

Phillip Ryan Kirk, 39, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019.  Left to cherish his memory are his father, Deubose Kirk and wife, Debbie; mother, Kathy Kirk; his loving wife of 7 years, Lindsey Kirk; daughters, Ryann Kirk and Kannyn Reeves; brother, Michael Kirk and wife, Kayce; and a host of other family and dear friends.

Phillip was a devoted and loving father, son, and brother that cherished his family above all other.  He graduated from Northwestern State University with a degree in Biology.  Phillip was a proud member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity and developed many long-lasting friendships with his brothers.  He loved playing guitar and spending time with his daughters.  Phillip found some of his greatest joy in taking “his girls” out for fine dining at fancy restaurants.  He will forever be remembered for his love of other people and the great joy he got from being loved by others.  Phillip will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Memorial Service for Phillip will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church, 508 Second St., Natchitoches, Louisiana 71457 with Pastor Tommy Rush officiating.
