Obituary of Nikki Gary
Nichole “Nikki” Marie Gary, 19, passed away Friday, June 14, 2019. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 10 months, Conner Gary; parents, Wesley and Heather Gordon; brother, Devyn Gordon; grandparents, Robert and Lillian Hallums, Dutch and Judy Gordon; and a host of other family and dear friends.
Nikki had the strongest will of any person you could ever meet. She took the phrase, “Not all who wander are lost” to heart and went everywhere and anywhere she wanted to go. She enjoyed the outdoors; going to the beach and being by the water as much as possible. She liked to craft and make things for others. Nikki loved music and had different playlists to match her mood or any occasions.
Until she was 16 her personal time was dedicated to ballet and track. During high school she turned her love of music and dance to the Color Guard. She was very particular about the people in her life and the ones lucky enough to be her friends were truly blessed. Nikki was strong in her faith, never giving up on herself nor the Lord, and showing great courage throughout her fight. She always put others before herself and would give the shirt off her back to those in need. Nikki was without a doubt an inspiration to others and saw the the good in life every single day. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Nikki loved a good party, so in memory of her beautiful spirit the family would love for everyone to wear bright colors and to share all their happy memories at the funeral service. Please do not wear black and come casual.
