Obituary of Jesse Wayne Kuykendall

Jesse Wayne Kuykendall, 40, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019.  He was born on November 18, 1979 in Houston, Texas to Dwayne Lee Kuykendall and Elizabeth Edwards.  He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Angela Domokos and dear friends, Kerry Harris and Sandy Brockett.  Left behind to cherish special memories are his grandmother, Muriel Kuykendall; mother, Elizabeth Edwards; sister, Christine Craft and husband Mark, brother-in-law, Steve Domokos; Nephews and Nieces, Layton Hagee, Trevor Steve Domokos, Colt and Blake Craft; dear friend, Lisa Harris; best friend forever, Roland Villarreal; as well as a host of many other family and friends.  

Jesse loved his family and friends.  He loved beach combing, traveling and attending local events in Galveston.  He played men’s fast pitch softball and men’s volleyball.  Jesse also managed the Pearland High School State Softball Championship team in 1996.  He loved to laugh and had a contagious smile that lit up a room.  If you knew Jesse, you knew he loved Mickey Mouse.  He added shine and sparkle to everything in his life and those around him. He was the best son, brother, uncle and friend anyone could ever have. His kind and gentle spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  His infectious smile will always be remembered in the hearts of those he loved.

Services for Jesse will take place Friday, November 29, 2019 at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581.  The family will receive friends at 9:30 am and the funeral service will begin at 10:00 am with Pastor John Mark Benson officiating. Active Pallbearers will include Mark Craft, Roland Villarreal, Trevor Steve Demokos, Layton Hagee, Steve Demokos and Marcos Olmeda, III. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
