She was always the biggest supporter of her children, brothers, sisters and most of all her grandchildren. Family was everything to her. Carmen was an extraordinary cook and could make a meal out of anything that was available to bring her family together around the dinner table. She found joy in long walks around her family property, picking fruit from her trees and flowers from her garden. Her independence is only second to her faith in God. Carmen will be greatly missed but her lessons of strength and love will live on in those who cherished her most.
