Obituary of Jose Guadalupe Jasso

Jose Guadalupe Jasso, 48, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father, Audelio Jasso. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Maria Elia Perez, his loving wife, of 28 years, Maria Guadalupe Jasso; sons, Gary and Isaac Jasso; daughter, Jacqueline Jasso; granddaughter, Isabella Jasso; brothers, Martin Jasso and wife, Martina, Jose “Chepe” Jasso and wife, Asusena, and Aurelio Jasso; sisters, Laura O’Neal and husband, Eric, Asusena Perez and husband, Jaime, and a host of other family and friends.
Jose was a humble man who always grounded himself with his roots. He was an excellent provider for his family and used his many carpentry talents for side projects. Jose was a devoted son, husband and father that loved his family dearly. He loved the outdoors, working in his garden, playing with his dog or traveling. Jose will forever be remembered for his cheerful spirit and his willingness to always help others in need. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
A visitation and Rosary for Jose will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland Texas, 77581, on Friday, May 15, 2020. The visitation will take place from 5:30 – 8:00 pm, with the Rosary recited at 6:00 pm. The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel with Father Jhon Muriel officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Houston, Texas
