Obituary of Timothy Emerson Orr

Timothy Emerson Orr, 56, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Orr. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Christine Orr; his loving wife of 15 years, Marisol Orr; son, Ian Patrick Orr; daughters, Vanessa Mia Orr and Katelin Anne Orr; brothers, Daniel Orr and wife, Hae-Ock, David Orr and wife, Laurie; and a host of other family and dear friends. Tim was a loving and devoted husband, brother, and father and was an excellent provider for his family. Family was extremely important to him. He selflessly gave of himself for Marisol and his children. Tim was a great storyteller and had the unique ability to turn the stories into lessons about the future for his children. He was a talented cook. He grilled the best ribs, and had many favorite Mexican dishes he enjoyed preparing. Tim enjoyed watching sports and cheering on his favorite football team or taking in a good boxing match. He was strong in his faith and truly loved the Lord. Tim will forever be remembered for his amazing sense of humor. He loved to laugh and make others laugh. Tim told Marisol many times that his life didn’t truly begin until he had met her. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him! Services for Tim will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 W. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581. The visitation will be held from 12:00 until 1:00 pm with the funeral service following beginning at 1:00 pm in the chapel with Pastor Steve Brumbelow officiating.
