To my little brother Frank.
I will always cherish the memories we had growing up on Rayburn and Anthony. Between you, Dave and I we never had a dull moment. We learned to play sports together and always had time for a good prank. Dave and I would never admit this to you, but you were the best athlete in the family. Pitching a no-hitter in Little League while big Dave was the catcher had to be a highlight. You were also the best shot, although Dave may argue otherwise. Please forgive me for landing that BB under your skin, or maybe it was Dave during our many BB-gun wars. I'll miss your BBQ, jokes, pranks and in short, your company.
My only regret was not having the opportunity to medically help you in your last months. I wanted to do so much for you but was held back by others for reasons I will never understand. Say hello to Dave, Mom and Dad and I look forward to a grand reunion on the other side someday.

I will miss Frank. He was a great co-worker and added a lot of joy to the workplace as we churned out and completed projects. He loved his family and wasn't shy in sharing stories and accomplishments. He was a very generous and man, he was a great cook! (BBQ) I will miss his sense of humor that he brought to work every day. Frank has been a good friend, great co-worker, and a thoughtful mentor. Always proud of his three children, and loved to share stories of their family times together. Frank shared how important individual time was to him. Whether it was watching the Astros, the Texans, or America's Got Talent, with Chad, Nicole, or Casey. His road trips with Tracy, and family always meant stops at favorite restaurants, or exploring new places. Glad to have been able to work with Frank, proud to have Frank as a friend.
