Howard H. Neill was my brother-in-law. He was also the best man at my wedding. I first met Howard when he was about fourteen years old. Howard was being a clown at the local swimming hole in Shepherd, Texas. Howard had a brilliant mind which enabled him to master the field of physics in college. He graduated in three years. He is greatly missed by his family.
