Obituary of Robert Lee Lowe

Bobby Lowe passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marcus and Bettye Lowe; and brother, Danny Lowe. Left to cherish Bobby’s memory are his sons, Drew, Kris, Clayboy and wife, Krystal; loving and beautiful little sisters, Cissi Yost, Leslie Carroll and husband, Terry; grandchildren, Dillon and Peyton Lowe and a host of other dear family and friends. Bobby was a committed father, incredible grandfather, and the pillar of his entire family. He was a sportsman who loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping at the beach. He enjoyed exposing his boys to the outdoors and all the activities the outdoors offered. He also enjoyed sports. He was a standout football player in high school and took his talents to Baylor University where he played football and met his lifelong friends. He was a baseball fan and devoted Astros fan. He was very proud of his boys and enjoyed being their coach in little league sports. Bobby was very involved with Kris and the Special Olympics of Texas. Later in life Bobby kept the same love and commitment to his grandchildren. He even coached his grandchildren in their sports. Bobby was uniquely dedicated to his grandchildren as they brought him remarkable joy. He was affectionately known as “Pops” to everyone. Bobby will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
