Patricia F. Collins was born to the late Lucian Carrol Fendley and Elsie May Haverkamp in Houston, Texas on August 17, 1959. Pat graduated from Southwest CUNA Management School held at Texas Christian University 2005; Pat furthered her education at the University of Phoenix (Houston) graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2007. Pat excelled in her profession becoming a Vice President at Plus 4 Credit Union. Pat is survived by her husband, Eric; her son, Todd Sullivan (Cara); daughter, Evelyn Howard (Christofer); step-daughter Erica Collins (Ron); grandsons Cayden and Davis Sullivan; granddaughter, Hadley Howard; step-granddaughter, Serenity Dillard; step-grandsons Sincere and Sage Dillard; brothers John Fendley, Bill Fendley (Manuela) and David Fendley; sisters Jane Reynolds (Charlie) and Candy Gilbert; nephew JohnJr.; mother-in-law, Shirley Collins; as well as a host of aunts and uncles, cousins, niece and nephews(in-laws). She is preceded in death by her parents, niece, Diana Lyn Reynolds and sister-in-law, Diana Fendley (wife of John Fendley). Pat married the love of her life, Eric Collins. She had a strong love for family. Pat had this softness about her; a kindness about her; that showed in the way she cared about you. One of her favorite pastimes was her love and collection of owls. As some of you may have known, Pat struggled with heart issues; which is ironic because she had one of the biggest hearts. She adored and loved her grandkids. Pat loved to have a great time. She enjoyed life and loved to have family gatherings. She didn’t just love to bake; she was a great baker. I’m sure her pineapple and Italian cake has a very special place in all our hearts… well if you were lucky enough to taste the love and patience that went into her baking that is. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services for Patricia were held at Cornerstone Church of Cleveland on Saturday January 16th 2021, in Cleveland Texas.
