Obituary of Manolo Apiado Estrada

Dr. Manolo Apiado Estrada joined his Creator on Thursday, January 28, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro Estrada; mother, Lorenza Apiado. Left to cherish Manolo’s memory are his loving wife, Evangeline Estrada; son, Joseph Estrada and wife, Maricel; daughters, Emma Estrada, Gladys Estrada, Bethsaida Oller and husband, Leo; grandchildren, Joselle, Darylle, Dynielle, Ivan, Yvonne, Zhyda Lhie, and a host of many other family and friends.
Manolo was a loving husband, father, and a doting grandfather. He was a kindhearted, humble, and selfless man. Manolo was an eloquent speaker. Conversations were never boring because of his unending jokes. He was a great teacher, leader and a dear friend to many. Manolo exemplified his leadership skills with Little League Baseball and Boy Scouts for many years. His favorite hobbies included gardening, fishing, and playing mahjong whenever he got the chance. He also loved to travel and spend time with his beloved family. Manolo will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Service information for Manolo: Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021, at 10:30 am, with Father JoJo Cal-Ortiz officiating, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 6502 CR 48, Manvel, Texas.
