Betty Lou Tracy, 93, went to be with the Lord on February the 18th, 2021. Betty Lou was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She maintained a strong faith in the Lord and remained active in the Methodist church throughout her life. For many years she worked as her church’s Financial Secretary. Betty Lou married John Tracy Sr. on Labor Day weekend in 1950, and they went on to raise a wonderful family together. She was a kind soul, who enjoyed doing things for others. Betty Lou loved to cook for her family and was a talented seamstress; making many of Carol’s clothes when she was a child. She especially enjoyed sharing her love of music with others, whether it was through her beautiful voice, playing the piano, or square dancing. Betty Lou enjoyed gardening and spending time outdoors. She always held a special place in her heart for all animals. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
