Obituary of Armando Capetillo

Armando Capetillo, 67, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Salvador and Elmira Capetillo; and brother, Sammy Capetillo. Left to cherish Armando’s memory are his loving wife, of 50 years, Amelia Capetillo; sons, Armando Capetillo Jr. and wife, Candy, Andres Capetillo, Adan Capetillo, Alexander Capetillo; brothers, Salvador Capetillo, Eddie Capetillo and wife, Leonore, Elias Capetillo and wife, Brenda, Noe Capetillo, Don Capetillo and wife, Smiley, Aaron Capetillo and wife, Laura; sisters, Margie Perez, Minerva C. Teran and husband, Guadalupe, Ruby Valdez, Dina Vasquez and husband, Rigo; 10 grandchildren, and a host of other dear family and friends. Armando was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was a wonderful provider for his family and would do anything for them. He genuinely loved spending time outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved tending to his vegetable garden. He could grow just about anything. Armando loved to work with his hands, he could build or fix just about anything. Armando had a great sense of humor and he especially enjoyed spending time with his family at get togethers. Amando will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services for Armando will be held o Monday, April 12, 2021, at Clayton Funeral Home, 5530 West Broadway, Pearland, Texas. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 - 11:00 am. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, with Eddie Capetillo officiating. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery, in Pearland, Texas.
