James Mitchel Webb, 71, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Margaret McKenzie, and brother Gregory McKenzie. James is survived by his former wife Antoinette Guzzetta and their children; son, James W. Webb, and wife Charelle; daughter, Michelle D. Acosta and husband, James; brother, Donald McKenzie; sisters, Vickie L. Andrews and husband Raymond, and Dorian K. McKenzie; grandchildren, Bryce Acosta and fiancé Rachel McClinton, Davis Webb, Aldan Webb, Darcie Webb, Bridgita Acosta, Blaise Acosta; best friend, David Rodewald and wife Jackie, and a host of other dear family and friends. James was a hardworking man and a wonderful provider for his family. He had a successful career with AT&T, where he retired from after 39 years of service. Following his retirement from AT&T, James went to work for Enterprise where he was employed for 8 ½ years. James loved being outdoors. He also loved a good cup of coffee and for his cup to always be full. He marveled at nature, and he especially enjoyed fishing whenever he could. James also enjoyed volunteering at the New Hope Church café. More than anything James loved spending time with family and friends. Everyone knew him as “Jiggs”, and his grandchildren affectionately called him their “Grampy”. James will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him including his favorite furry buddies; Oreo, Bella, Joliya, Oliver, and most of all Harley and his owner Sally.
