John was a Viet Nam veteran of the United States Marine Corps. John loved his country and to say the least, was a Patriot. John was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish in his spare time. He loved guns, and if, there was a gun show in the area, you would probably find him there. John was an honest and true Dallas Cowboys fan. When the Cowboys were playing you better know he was watching and cheering them on. John was good with his hands and loved to build things. He could build anything, from houses to doll houses, and even guns. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him!
