Even tho your in no more pain and your free and whole again doesn’t make it easier for any of us here at home. There’s going to be a huge whole missing in our family now that my mom, you, gramma, and popo are not here with us, but I know y’all are all together and I know y’all will all keep watch on all of us and that’s something special that we all in our family share. We will miss you dearly, please tell my mom how much I love her and I miss her more and more everyday.

I am honored to have had the privilege of Rosa’s friendship. She was sweet, caring, loved her family and had a fighting spirit. My heart hurts for Teresa and Shaun and their families. Rosa was an awesome woman that I met in the 5th grade in 1965. She was my cousin's girlfriend. When my cousin died even though she went on with her life, she never forgot the Castaneda family. She always remember the Rios family as well. She always attended our family functions and never forgot us. We always included her as family and family in Christ. She will sorely be missed but I know she is in heaven with her parents and the many people she met along the way in life that found the Lord as their Savior. Sorry for the family’s loss. It’s hard to find the words, because I know your sad to not have her physically present but happy she’s resting, pain free, and with the lord.
