Obituary of Ellen Vernell Trevillian

Ellen Vernell Trevillian, 88, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Emma Ivey; loving husband, of 52 years, Russell Allan Trevillian; and daughter Lynda Jones. Left to cherish Vernell’s memory are her sons Craig Trevillian and wife, Cindy, Brad Trevillian; daughter Elaine Welcome and husband, Steve; a total of twenty-four grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of many other dear family and friends. Strong in her faith, Vernell was a hardworking, and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was affectionately known as “Memama” to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren who adored her. Vernell worked in healthcare for many years and later came into the funeral business helping and caring for families who had lost a loved one. Vernell was a loving, compassionate lady who treated everyone as her own family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
