Jesus Rios Jr., 56, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 25th, 2022. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones. Jesus was born on January 30th, 1966, in China, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He was the youngest of six children. Jesus was a hardworking man and provided for his family by working as a construction manager. He enjoyed the simple things in life and especially enjoyed having his family by his side. Jesus loved watching sports and listening to music. He enjoyed barbequing with loved ones and always made everyone around him laugh. Jesus was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He was happiest when surrounded by loved ones at his house. Jesus will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Jesus is preceded in death by his father Jesus Sr.; and mother Virginia Rios. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Rios; sons Jesus Rios III and wife, Gabriela, Jehu Rios, Josue Rios; daughter Jashia Rios; grandchildren Kiara, Nathan, and a host of many other dear family and friends. Services for Jesus will be held at Clayton Funeral Home, 201 S. 3rd Street, LaPorte, Texas. Visitation is scheduled on Friday, June 3rd, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4th, at 11:00 am, with Armando Gonzalez Saavedra officiating. Interment will follow at LaPorte Cemetery.
